Sexy low cut dresses are very intimidating for me. At times I envy the boldness and courage of you ladies for showing off how the good Lord made you- but for me, and other women alike, I simply get too nervous and end up walking around feeling nervous and fidgeting with my outfit. I end up looking as if I’m in a constant state of “am I in the right place???”.
That’s why this dress made me feel sexy in the best way, still covered up! (my mom says I should show off my body more… then again her email does contain the words “wildsoul@…”, lol- Te quiero Mama!)- BTW, did I mention how much I miss my mom who just went back home to Spain? Perhaps the flamenco flair, and the constant beat of her in my heart made me feel all sorts of classic woman in this beautiful ruffles dress from Viva Aviva (sold out- similar options below).
I decided to wear my hair back to really show off these beautiful earrings- that go with everything btw- but it looks just as elegant with the hair down. The gold jewelry popped amazingly. From there I started adding everything gold. The shoes, the purse; it ended up being one of my favorite looks ever! I had a pair of gold sandals I put on between outfits that could’ve given this blog post a 2nd look, but that meant I’d have to take my hair down and that wouldn’t have worked with the next outfit #bloggerproblems #TSIR.
In this shoot we also were reminded by Luciana that she is no longer a baby. Because she looks so big and is no longer a toddler you might ask? Nope. The white bodysuit she’s wearing buttons at the bottom and her pride was torn. “That’s for babies!!! I don’t want it buttoned! WUAH!” The irony… lol. Needless to say, her beautiful matching skirt from River Island that I took so long to find would have looked a lot cuter without the wrinkles in her unbuttoned bodysuit (as I write this I’m looking at her in the pictures thinking, Ugh…). However, in true Luciana fashion she somehow managed to yet again knock this matching look out of the park. Once again, she stole the spotlight as you can see. Her gold sandals are from Carter’s.
These looks are great for a date night, or to a classy spring event. Hope you enjoyed!
